This Polytechnic Institute is the new one Polytechnic established in the year 2012.

It has 9.86 acres of land. It has separate examination Building , Dispensary , Workshop etc.

There are two separate hostels one for girls and other for boys.

The building has a boundary wall with approach pucca road. Principal Quarter and H.O.D. , Lecturer, Staff buildings are available. It is near to the railway station and on the bank of the Purnea-Katihar Road.

All the labs and workshop are well equipped, proper no. of books are available in the library.
